Rate increase for all un-subsidized premiums beginning 10/1/2011
Please be aware that a rate increase has been put into effect for all un-subsidized premiums starting October 1, 2011.
The monthly rate of $255.00 has been increased to $275.00. All policies with an effective date or renewal date of 10/01/2011 or later will be subject to this rate increase.
